Me and my wife just came here for the first time. We have tried tons and TONS of taco trucks in Colorado and this one was one of the best! Maybe the best overall. Best torta I have ever had and HUGE. Very generous portions for a great price, the Al pastor marinate was amazing, some of the best we have tried. Very kind and great service. We live an hour away but we will be back again!

I ordered a carne asada burrito, and calling it that feels like a stretch. There was technically a tiny bit of carne asada in there… but you had to hunt for it like it was some kind of scavenger hunt prize buried under a mountain of beans and rice.
The burrito was basically 90% beans, 9% rice, and 1% steak. I kept digging through it hoping to actually taste the thing I ordered, but every bite was just more beans. By the time I found the microscopic pieces of carne asada, it felt more like an accident than an ingredient.
If you’re going to advertise a carne asada burrito, maybe don’t make the steak the rarest item in the entire burrito. What I got was essentially a bean burrito that briefly waved a piece of steak at me and then buried it.
Pretty disappointing. Not what I paid for, and definitely not something I’d order again.

Delicious!! It was one of the best tortas I’ve ever had! I’m so happy it was grilled chicken meat and not meat in salsa. It’s hard to find a torta that has grilled meat. Generous amounts of guacamole + crema. Delicious whole pinto beans 🤤and it is HUGE 🥪
