The best authentic mexican ice cream bars! So happy paleta bar came to Colorado! I've been a fan since my visit to Albuquerque. The location is open late, but come early if you want the best selection! The strawberry is my favorite bar, always so creamy and rich! They have more than just ice cream bars, the drinks are so good and have very unique flavors! Looking for a sweet treat on a night out or daytime, make this your next spot!

I went in today and was greeted by a gentleman he was extremely nice and was willing to recommend things to me and seemed extremely okay with it he made a great recommendation of the blueberry paleta with white chocolate and oreos I would have never thought that comb would be good but it was beyond delicious. To say the least I will be going back soon highly recommend giving them a try!!!
