Nothing I've ordered here has been anything short of amazing! Their pulled pork grilled cheese was the die for, the mac and cheese was the perfect level of spice topped with fresh blue cheese, and even the fries were out of this world. Would highly recommend you check them out!
One of the best food trucks in Colorado Springs! Not over priced (borderline underpriced.) The owner and head chef Taylor is great! He cooks all meat on his grill the same day, all of his sauces are homemade and his ingredients are good quality (I've asked.) I've also been around for a health inspection because I happened to come to an event early and Treehouse passed easily! Treehouse is some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had in the state of Colorado. Taylor is one heck of a chef. The pulled pork was outstanding and his queso is amazing. Add great potato salad to it, what a great meal. I guess I will have to chase him all over the area so I can eat more of it!
