Usually not this person but service was well less than desired this last visit. Had to confirm my order 3 times and still received the wrong items and charged for items that should have included in my order. Usually choose this place over Mcdonalds across the street but this Wendys location may have lost my business. Maybe he was new but not so good service overall ?♂️
I love the west side,and this Wendy's Is exceptional In comparison to other businesses on the west side. Ado to its Always available and clean ? , friendly staff, and the food is A+ for a Wendy's.

It probably sounds really strange to hear a person say that their "Wendy's experience" made their day, but the employees at "my" Wendy's in W. Colorado Springs routinely do. Thank you, Wendy's staff, for being cool and human and a drive-through dining experience that is a net positive, food- and humanity-wise. :) I don't know how ya'll handle drive thru rush hour with such aplomb, but kudos to you for doing it.
