Yolis kitchen taco truck

Wow, just wow. We were looking for a good taco truck in the area and found Yoli's. My son picked up a carne asada fry for himself and I got a carne asada burrito the other day, and it was great. I decided to do it again on 2/5/26 at 8:25 pm. Got home and had the most horrible food. The fries were stale, and the meat tasted off. My burrito was lukewarm and literally filled with lettuce. No grilled onions, just lettuce. It felt like you were rushing to close at 9 pm and just stuffed in lettuce. That is bull and shame on you! How can one day be wonderful and a day or two later be this bad? If I could give a negative star, I would.

I absolutely love Yolis, this is the only taco truck I come to now the rest disappoint. Everything on the menu is so delicious. I promise I dont work here either my sons and just love it that much. Delicious and quick!

Wow! This has to be the best hidden gem taco shop I’ve ever been to. Extremely tasty, very inexpensive, extremely fresh & they took five minutes to make just my tacos (so you know they were really making them fresh). I drive 20 minutes to get here and will do it again often!

This taco truck is amazing!! Their food is always delicious and fresh. I go here at least once a week if not more. The family that runs this truck are always very friendly. The food comes out quick and their churros are to die for!

With me being from Chicago and my wife being from Hidalgo we’ve been searching high and low for decent tacos. I’ve been back here numerous times for the chicharrones tacos and the Al pastor. My wife on the other hand loves the carne asada here. Arguably one of the best taco spots in Colorado!

The search is over, we've found our regular spot! The birrira tacos are amazing, the consume that comes with it is good enough to drink, the asada was good and so were the tacos al pastor! The salsa isn't my favorite, but all the food is so delicious that it's not even needed! They are in the electrician school's parking lot, the south corner closest to academy. You won't be disappointed if you find yourself there!!!

If you want some of the best street tacos in town this is the place to go. Family that owns this business are extremely nice. Everything I have eaten from here has been mouthwatering and amazing. Their birria tacos and horchata are to die for.

Every time we visit Colorado springs we have to stop for some delicious tacos ?
