The rib eye steak was amazing! The side veggie was roasted Brussels sprouts. My favorite and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and prompt. We would definitely come back the next time we are through Cortez.
Awesome group of people. Took us as a very large party 30 min before closing. Food was good and hot, drinks never ran dry AND we were blessed to visit a bit with the owner, Dallas Parga. It was a wonderful gathering of 90% of my family. Thanks Fargo's!!!

Great, friendly service. I had a draft stout ale and bison burger, which they swooped Brussel sprouts for broccoli. Both burger and beer, which was brewed on site, were great.Staff provided advice and directions to local attractions.
