“This is an incredible bakery, not for Creede, not for Colorado - anywhere. Particularly the layered pastries, we enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant, the egg sausage green chili pastry, and the brioche. Decent coffee too to pair. It’s a mother-son team, the son is a Cordon Bleu trained baker with everything baked fresh in a commercial bakery nearby and the mother supports and manages the sales. Don’t miss!“
