Walked in and at first I questioned whether I was in the right place or not because you can't see the decor from the entry way, but once you turn the corner it pops. Each chair is painted with different scenery or animals and the booths are good size with a larger table area and space between the table and bench seat. I raised an eyebrow at the price at first but when the food came out I realized that the price was very fair for the portions. They are huge! The taste was great....read full review
El Tapatio is standard Mexican food. The night we were there the service was pretty slow, but they had several large party tables. The margaritas are good and the menu is quite extensive.

It's all about who waits on you when you come in that makes the experience worth it I suppose. But for me and my family, I would say 80% of the time we have some of the best. But aside frome that, they make some of the best drinks (if you like them strong) and food is great as well as long as you're willing to pay a little more than other restaurants in the immediate area.
