I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years ,running $40 million establishments and would have been privileged to have these gentlemen working for me keep your guys thank you for an awesome experience even in such a short time!

Haven't been to Arby's in years because of a bad memory.... these guys turned that completely around. Clean restaurant, food was good, and the employees are better than I've experienced in fast food since pre pandemic. The guy that took my order was exceptional---I believe his name was Jesus--whatever you're paying that guy it probably isn't enough, if I owned a restaurant I would have offered him a position in service for sure.

Went to this location on Tower Rd and arrived with my mom ( 81 years old with Alzheimers ), who needed to use the restroom that was being cleaned, door wedged open using trash can, obviously 2 stalls because you can clearly see inside, mom needed to go immediately and the lady working the lobby told her to wait while she cleaned one of the stalls, so mom came back obviously needing to go now, not wait, so I approached the cleaning lady and informed her mom needed to go now....not...
