Sonic Drive-In offers quick service, but the food quality can vary. The opening staff is praised for their friendliness and fresh food, while the afternoon staff is sometimes criticized for rudeness and serving old, dried-out food. It is recommended to visit before lunch. To ensure good service, customers can consider tipping through the app.
The location has a mix of reviews, with some customers praising the fries, smasher burger, and the half-price slushes and limeades. Others have had issues with undercooked hot dogs. The staff is generally described as kind and helpful, even going the extra mile to assist customers who have misplaced their credit cards.
Customers appreciate the convenient drive-in service, with plenty of parking options and the ability to get their meal without leaving their car. Overall, Sonic Drive-In provides a quick and satisfactory dining experience, with the quality of food and service depending on the time of day.
