young man running drive thru was excellent he was working very hard while 5 employees and 2 mgrs. appeared to be doing nothing but talking. When I told him it's a shame none of them can help they heard me and suddenly one of the mgrs. starting taking orders and helping but the rest continued to do nothing. My wait in DT was about 20 minutes long. Really felt bad for the kid doing everything himself including filling his own orders store is pretty dirty but I can see why.
The last two times i’ve ordered chicken, tender meals, the tenders have been very small and tough. I’m not sure what’s going on. I don’t know if they’ve changed the chicken or change the batter but definitely not good. Popeyes chicken and chicken tenders used to be my favorite, but I will not pay the high price for this anymore as it just has gone downhill so far.

Vanessa is a keeper so was so kind and courteous. All the other popeyes I have visited have left me standing at counter for over 5 minutes, with not even a hello. I wish this location was closer to my area I would come here everyday!
