Archetype Distillery offers a unique and enjoyable experience with its artisan vodka and gin, all distilled in-house. The distillery, which is located in a beautifully renovated building with old brick and a bubble wall, has a terrific atmosphere and offers flights of their spirits that do not require a chaser due to their grape-based composition. The cocktail class is highly recommended for those seeking to learn more about mixology. The knowledgeable and passionate owners are often present, sharing the story of how they started and ensuring a great time for all. The drinks, such as the "Kitty Galore," are exceptional and can be enjoyed while observing the alcohol-making process. The distillery also has an upstairs area for private events.
