Such an awesome place! We were able to get a tour from one of the amazing owners and learn all about their distilling process. The Gypsum location doesn’t have all the distillates like their Vail location, but the drinks they do have are delicious. Red on the Rocks was my favorite. So happy to have a business like this in Gypsum.

Archetype Distillery offers a unique and enjoyable experience with its artisan vodka and gin, all distilled in-house. The cocktail class is highly recommended for those seeking to learn more about mixology. The knowledgeable and passionate owners are often present, sharing the story of how they started and ensuring a great time for all. The drinks, such as the "Kitty Galore," are exceptional and can be enjoyed while observing the alcohol-making process. The distillery also has an upstairs area for private events.
