The taproom is mid. It doesn't have the same menu, hours, or vibe as the awesome tea room upstairs. The staff is nice and the food is good, but the experience was just not high end. The tea room is very cool and worth going to if you can get a reservation, but don't settle for the taproom/main floor and think you're getting the same thing
It was a very fun experience. The seats in the taproom left much to be desired as they were just stools, but the tea room looked cozier when I went to use the bathroom. The food was good but not a lot of choices for desert. You get to keep the mug if you order got one of their signature drinks which was very good and i dont drink alcohol often. I am definitely interested in going back but would definitely chosen the tea room for a more comfortable experience.
The ambiance was very inviting and sexy. We had excellent service at the bar. The spring rolls were the best we have ever had. We did have an issue with the buffalo chicken dumplings. The chicken was gamey, no seasonings and tasted "off". The manager said it was prepared correctly and sort of brushed us off.
