I just wanted to get on here and give a HUGE shout out to Diana! 1/19/25 , we went in and she was the ONLY person working. She was sweet and caring! She looked so stressed out and with being stressed out , she still managed to smile and greeted everyone with respect. I felt so bad for her though , she had about 25 costumers and like 3 doordash orders that she wasn't even able to do because of the line in that place. If you ever see this Diana, there's better places...

Only a single employee taking care of ice cream and sales, she had over twenty five people that she served quickly and Expertly. Shame on vask in robbins for only having one employee in the store on a saturday afternoon. Shame on Baskin Robbins for only having one employee in the store on a Saturday afternoon.

Ice cream is always good, but customer service sucks. The lady that helped us today seemed to be in a great mood with the customer ahead of us, but when it came to us she became short and irritated. She seemed bothered by us placing an order. The people behind us seemed to have a better experience as well. Disappointed.
