Colorado wine, that’s what brought me here. Had to see what they can do. It isn’t a tasting room where they sell what you taste. It’s 30 dollars for the equivalent of one glass of mediocre wine. Four glasses. White, rose and two reds. The fume Blanc could pass as a house wine. The rose was flat and sweet but not good. Zweigelt was no the sweet full bodied I expected-it was red and alcohol infused. Barbara was the best of all. Staff was enthusiastic but not helpful at all. Suggestions were red, white or other wines. Ok.

We typically love this wine bar and have had many positive visits, but the last three times we’ve tried to stop in, they’ve already been closed early even though we were arriving well within the posted operating hours. Please update your hours if you’re consistently not open past the times advertised on your site.

We stopped in to Blanchard Family Winery hoping to try some Colorado wines and were lucky to have Steve as our host. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our (many!) questions. We own a vineyard and winery in Oregon, so we were curious to see what style of wine Colorado grew and produced, we really enjoyed the curated flights that Steve selected for us! They gave us a great overview of the region’s styles and varietals and really gave us an enjoyable and relaxed tasting which is just what we were in the mood for. A great visit all around!

We stopped in because we saw the ‘complimentary wine tasting’ sign in the alley out front and the atmosphere seemed very welcoming. Service started out very luke warm but ended up friendlier as our visit progressed. We were never offered any complimentary tastings. We had a few glasses of wine. Some other visitors came in and asked about the complimentary tasting and were told you could taste something if you purchased something. Pretty terrible advertising trick. We enjoyed the differed glasses we purchased.

One of the best stops on our first Denver trip! Owners were there and fabulous! We love their wine and consider ourselves complete wine enthusiasts and can’t wait to bring the family back here! Perfect spot for a mid afternoon flight or glass of wine!!! Would give them 10 stars if able!!! Shanna served us and was amazing!!
Brie was phenomenal! She’s so well educated on the ins and outs of the Blanchard wine family, as well as the wines that they supply! Can’t wait to come back and try more wines She suggests!!! I mean… she knows my pallet better than I do!
Also pair the ZWEIGELT with a spicy chocolate, it would take it to a whole Nother level.

I strongly recommend the Vintner's Deluxe Wine Tasting for anyone with any interest in wine. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to walk us through our wine flights in an engaging way - we learned and laughed a lot.
