Five stars for these philanthropic food heroes!!I've spotted this food truck around Denver a few times but hadn't tried it until we were having a charity event at Improper City. These guys had their food truck out back. Our charity event was taking place inside. Very few vegan options and even though I said I’m vegan they added dairy to my already sparse tacos. Come on y’all, vegan isn’t just removing the protein bits. Have some better alternatives
