Katelin and her team at Bowls by Ko are truly the absolute best. If it weren’t for them, I don’t think I’d eat vegetables at all.
During a really chaotic time in my life, they made sure I always had healthy, nourishing food available to me.
My favorite thing about this spot is the meal prep. I order on Monday and it feeds me for the entire week. The food keeps so well, tastes amazing, and makes staying healthy feel effortless.
I’m eternally grateful to Katelin and the whole team for supporting me and helping me achieve my health goals this year. Truly a lifesaver. 💛
