My fiancé and I joined the bar the other night and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Firstly, our bartender (I believe her name was Rainee) was incredible. She was very attentive and welcoming, she entertained our banter, concocted off menu delicious cocktails and seemed to be helping in every corner of the restaurant at the same time. Impressive. The whole staff were very engaging. The food was delicious! I’ll be back for the experience and the food
This was our first experience at Gusto Italia, and we stuck with the Italian menu. The flavors of all the food were wonderful, especially the seasonal pasta (with Olathe corn) and the Palisade Peach dessert. The salad was one of the best seasoned salads I've had in recent memory. We want to go back to try the Asian dishes. A wonderful evening.
Gusto is easily one of my favorite Italian spots in Denver. The whole experience just feels really well put together without being overly formal or pretentious. The space is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food actually lives up to the atmosphere.
