I ordered some grilled nuggets with a chick fil a sauce cup and the woman asked if I wanted forks and napkins which I replied yes. I drove away without checking and when I got to my destination I realized there was not fork, napkin, or my sauce cup. I guess I'll eat my nuggets with no sauce and no fork ?
I’ve never had a Chick-fil-A mistake my order, it’s part of their customer service model and simplicity of the items on the menu. This location has messed up my order twice within a month. On one order, a sandwich was completely left out, only for me to find out when I got home. The prices have risen, so I went back out to get it. If the sandwiches were as cheap as 4 years ago, I wouldn’t have worries about it. Yesterday, I ordered a salad and my dressing was not included-...
