Potbelly is a sandwich shop located in the University Hills Shopping Center. The restaurant offers a good selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, and other items. The tuna & Swiss was excellent, especially as a half sandwich paired with a cup of chili. The sandwich was toasted and delicious, and the chili had just the right spiciness. The strawberry milkshake had a lot of flavor, and the cookie that came with it was good. The Mac and cheese left a little to be desired, but the shakes and sandwiches were fantastic. The pizza melt was great, though the meatball sub was okay but bland with hardly any cheese and almost tasteless marinara sauce. Service is very good; the staff is awesome, polite, and professional, even when slammed. They keep the line moving with wonderful teamwork. The atmosphere is laid back, with a lot of indoor seating and some tables outside. There is unsecured Wi-Fi for customers and a lot of parking in the vicinity, though it can be congested at lunchtime.
