Corsica Wine Bar offers an exceptional dining experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu features a range of delicious dishes, bursting with flavor. They have plenty of wines to choose from as well as a host of dishes from snacks to medium sized plates. The food, ambiance, and service were top notch. The menu is a good mix of meat options and vegetarian options, and they were happy to support a vegan by tweaking recipes. The restaurant was loud and busy, with low lighting giving a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The Broccoli Caesar Salad is a must-have and the bolognese was a standout. The crème brûlée and the mini donuts are perfect for dessert. The overall atmosphere is inviting and the staff is incredible.
