Corsica Wine Bar offers an exceptional dining experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu features a range of delicious dishes, including standouts like the scallop crudo, farro risotto, and beet salad. They have plenty of wines to choose from as well as a host of dishes from snacks to medium sized plates. All were wonderful, and the ricotta toast was a favorite item. The food, ambiance, and service were top notch. The menu is a good mix of meat options and vegetarian options, and they were happy to support a vegan by tweaking recipes. The restaurant was loud and busy, with low lighting giving a romantic atmosphere. Top dishes include Grilled mushrooms, Beets and apple salad, Prawns, and Donut desserts. The wine list is excellent. However, they overbook the restaurant, and on weekends, there can be a wait after a reserved time. Beef tartar and Tiramisu were noted as okay to skip.
