Soooo my go-to drink, if there are concerns on quality, is an iced americano. Hard to mess up and easy to make.
First time I've been proven wrong. Repeats iced back to me and makes a hot one. No big deal it happens. Starts to pour it into an iced cup, stops, makes a new HOT one in an iced cup and hands me a second cup with just ice it and says "that's how we make it here"...
Id rather go to Starf@$ks than this place.
Cheyenne store #39 worst customer service ever. Could not get my order right and threatened to call the police on me with my elderly mother in the car.
