If you want salmonella this is the place to eat.
Apparently is comfortable with giving salmonella to loyal customers, and then not taking responsibility for their actions, instead blaming it on the transportation instead (uber eats).
If you value your health, do not eat from this establishment.

The Atomic Cowboy is home to the popular Denver Biscuit Co. and Fat Sully's NY Pizza restaurant. The menu offers a range of options, including sandwiches, grits, granola bowls, pizza, and burgers. Vegetarian options are available, though limited. The restaurant is known for its consistently great food and good service, though the busy atmosphere can sometimes lead to slower service. Parking can be a challenge, but there are shared parking lots and street parking options in the area. Customers praise the restaurant's delicious biscuits and gravy, as well as the massive portions and great service. The location is also described as walkable, with small shops nearby to explore.
The restaurant is praised for its exceptional breakfast sandwich, particularly the Lola breakfast biscuit sandwich featuring a fried chicken breast in French toast biscuits with bacon and syrup. Customers recommend arriving early or ordering online to avoid long wait times, especially on weekends. The bartender, Brenna, is described as a gracious host, and the restaurant is known for making things right when there are any issues, as evidenced by the positive resolution of a customer's previous disappointment.
