I would highly recommend DPC! I was employed with them for almost two years and can attest to the quality of their products and their process. Their facilities were always in fantastic condition which directly impacted the care we as employees took when preparing food for customers. The food is great and I have not be able to enjoy another pie that is not from DPC. My favorite is the Deep dish East Colfax. I have very mixed feelings about DPC. When it's good, it's really good. Probably the best pizza in East Denver. But, you only seem to get their best quality about half of the time. Oftentimes, you'll get a pizza that's very dried out, or has the toppings distributed very unevenly.This picture kind of exemplifies my experiences with DPC. Pizza is really good. 7.1 They do put Italian seasoning on top of the cheese. You can taste it and smell it. The undercarriage is crispy but not burnt. Had a slight flop. Crust was light. Would order again.
