Seriously, what place closes 8 minutes before closing? It doesn’t take 10 minutes to make a bagel. I’m a college student, and now I have to skip lunch because a few employees don’t feel like closing on time.
They don’t accept the rewards promotions. They gave multiple people their orders before mine. I wait 20 mins for a bagel with butter only for them to not even put butter on it, it was on the side.

They were super quick despite the long line and very kind. Even though there was a long line the kind lady at the counter still answered my questions and gave me a great recommendation!
