El Jefe continues to be the most slept-on restaurant in Denver. Drinks are good, food is a step above (especially for the price point) and the staff is great. I'm hesitant to keep talking this place up, but they deserve to be recognized.
Outstanding food and experience. So glad that a random google search after landing in Denver led my husband and I to El Jefe- they were very very busy but the waitstaff was extremely friendly and accommodating- entree portions were very decent!
