This was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The ambience is perfect, the steak and eggs were amazing, which highlight the Elway filet mignon, as well as the amazing Dubai chocolate pastry, with an immense amount of pistachio, and topping off with a fabulous cocktail, the maple bacon old-fashioned. There's nothing like it. 
A bit disappointed. After eating at all the national steak restaurants we decided to try the local option. First the good: the ribeye was very good. It had a nice char with good beefy flavor. Clearly a prime cut with nice rendered fat. Medium is pretty red here, which was great for me, a bit to rear for my wife. The service was a bit out of sorts. We had multiple servers, but they covered it. A nice loaf of crunchy sourdough bread was very good. The wedge salad was over...
Had a wonderful dinner this past weekend, everything was delicious except Elways Salmon and one of our desserts. Sadly our server was too busy to attend to us and we had plans later in the evening that couldn’t be delayed. The beurre blanc sauce was just watery butter, no seasoning and the salmon could’ve cooked a bit more and the cheesecake was overcooked. It was too grainy and eggy, like it was cooked by portions and not a whole cake. A basque is known for its burnt top...
