This was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The ambience is perfect, the steak and eggs were amazing, which highlight the Elway filet mignon, as well as the amazing Dubai chocolate pastry, with an immense amount of pistachio, and topping off with a fabulous cocktail, the maple bacon old-fashioned. There's nothing like it. 
Elway's at the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Denver delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect setting for a relaxed but upscale evening. Along with our good friends, we had dinner at Elway's last Saturday before going to the theater. We were regular customers at the Cherry Creek North location before they closed. The steaks were excellent, however, we were disappointed with the asparagus side and “ding ding” dessert. The asparagus was removed from our check when we raised a concern with our server.
