This bakery is amazing - however the hours it is open are incredibly frustrating. There have been several times I've tried to stop for some baked goods on my way to soemthing only to realize that they aren't open yet. For being a bakery, it's morning hours are extremely lacking.

Are you kidding me? As good as any European bakery I have experienced if not better. An absolute must visit.

I had an amazing experience here. I picked up a grab bag of their stuff (baguettes, brown butter cookies, monkey bread, bourkas) and everything was top notch. It is my favorite artisanal bakery downtown. And they were nice enough to give be a little bit of sourdough starter after mine died!

Excellent pastries and bread...not your typical American-style breads. Getting this quality is really, really rare. We were so happy to find this bakery!

Great bakery, all the baked goods we had were fantastic, they also had baked doggie treats and my dog isn’t a huge dog biscuit fan, he usually doesn’t even eat biscuit treats but he absolutely loved these.

This place is such a hidden gem! A little hard to find at first but that almost makes it even better. Tried the chocolate croissant, cherry danish and focaccia. The cherry danish I wasn’t really a fan of - the pastry was good but the cherry tasted a bit artificial or had a strong aftertaste taste. The others were super good though - would definitely go back to try more!

RES RES

Wandered down the alley and decided to stop in for a snack. Everything in the pastry case looked gorgeous. Prices were very high (seems to track with everywhere else we visited in Denver). The croissant was delicious. The Nutella croissant was also good. The monkey bread was good if you got a bite without chocolate but the chocolate bites ruined it. Wish it was advertised as chocolate monkey bread and we wouldn’t have ordered it. The banana bread texture was perfect but the floral flavor profile was way too overpowering. Again, we wish they advertised it wasn’t plain banana bread so we didn’t order it.
