I stopped in Denver on my way to Iowa. My son loves wings so he looked up this place so that we could have lunch. We ordered wings and a cocktail. Both cocktails were refreshing! The wings were on point. I ordered the buffalo bleu, and can say that I have not had better flavor. I will keep this in my locations and revisit again next year. My son ate all 18 of his wings.
Started off great and short wait time to be seated. Food wasn’t great, flavors all kinda taste the same. After order was taken, sever didn’t return for a while until food arrived. So waited for refills and wanted to order a drink from the bar but took so long just gave up. Salad had some bad veggies that gave it a bad taste, water cups were dirty. Fire On The Mountain-Wash Park is a popular spot known for its delicious food and lively atmosphere. The restaurant serves a variety of tasty dishes, including the renowned seitan wings that are considered the best in Denver. The vegan ranch is also a highlight, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The establishment offers a selection of beer options and has a fun atmosphere with music playing. The food is consistently good, with perfect wings and a crunchy cauliflower wing option. The service is prompt and friendly, and the establishment is well-maintained.
Recent reviews highlight the exceptional service provided by Bobby the bartender, who is praised for his patience and kindness, especially during busy times like happy hour. Many customers enjoy the great food and the lively atmosphere, though some mention that the service can be a bit inconsistent depending on who is taking the order. The wings often tend to be on the small side, but they are flavorful and covered in sauce, which many find appealing. The new Korean Kick sauce is a hit, and the seitan options are unbeatable. The fries are served on a frisbee, adding a fun touch. However, parking can be a challenge, and the space can feel cramped when busy. Vegetarians will find plenty of options, and staff are willing to modify dishes to meet dietary needs. One drawback is that the rice krispies are not vegetarian-friendly, as they contain gelatin. Overall, it remains a popular choice for those seeking good wings, friendly service, and a lively environment.
