Glo Noodle House Reviews
Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️
I have no words to describe how outstanding our experience at Glo was tonight!! From the friendly amazing crew, adorable hands-on owners, super fun decor (THOSE RESTROOMS!!)…and THE FOOD. To die for! From start to finish it was absolute perfection. It was so hard to decide what we wanted to try, but we went with the Colorado Wagyu, Chicken Skin Skewers, Foie Gras, Bok Choy, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Shrimp Skewers, and my DEATHWISH Ramen 😘 Can’t wait to go back and try...read full review

Glo Noodle House is a restaurant known for its flavorful and high-quality ramen. They offer celiac safe and dairy free options, as well as a gluten-free friendly menu. The broths are distinct and flavorful, and the noodles have a good chew. They use different noodles for different bowls, and the toppings include thick cut pork belly, large pieces of brisket, and dried mushrooms. The vegetarian ramen is particularly flavorful. The menu also features small plates such as crispy tuna and delicious chicken wings. Customers highly recommend the brisket ramen, crispy rice tuna, and pork belly skewer. The atmosphere is nice with great decoration, and some visitors enjoy the patio in a fun area. Service is friendly and attentive, making it a welcoming place. For dessert, they have a deconstructed whipped yuzu cheesecake. They also offer a well-balanced mocktail, the Palm Top Tiger, which pairs well with the ramen. Overall, Glo Noodle House is a pricier ramen option, but it is worth it for the unique and flavorful dishes.
