The worst bakery experience! I ordered cupcakes and cookies for a special event with more than enough time. I emailed the order per the company direction, I called to confirm the order and paid in advance over the phone. On the day of the event they didn’t have my order ready. They were super rude to my niece, who was picking up for the party and kept telling her they didn’t have the order.
