Huge fan of Hinman Pies. If you are on the south side of Denver - go to the Emporium in Castle Rock - the pies are in the Sweetie Pie area of the gallery.

Goodness, after trying most of the bakeries in and around Denver, we landed at Hinman’s. This quaint little operation puts out a mean blueberry pie. We also bought the peach pie and it was delicious, too. We will be back for more!! Can’t wait to try their holiday flavors. Keep up the great baking!! 👍😋
