We just left the 8st location off of Colorado and definitely won’t go back. My burger was not even edible- it smelled so foul and was so undercooked! That I honestly just pray the one bite I did take does not give me food poisoning.
That coupled with asking several times if they were coke product or Pepsi and being told they were coke- only to find out it was Pepsi, just added to the disappointing experience.
No one was friendly or inviting. Nothing
WILL NEVER!!!! GO BACK!!!!
Went in laughing and joking with my son and was met by a very unpleasant, stiff, stern girl who was exceedingly unhelpful, and I instantly regretted being there. After having to pay $45+ for 2 meals, we were then met by someone else who came and dropped our drinks on the table with an even worse cold unfriendly attitude who just walked off. Our meals were delivered with the same literal dropping onto the table with a scowl and zero pleasantries....read full review
