Ordered an XL which is 12 pieces and after tip was $50. $37 and change to drive 2 miles. Got a Large of 8 pieces. Dropped at the doorstep by young “adult” in a giant truck. I called and got no answer.

Ordered for our family on a Sunday evening around 7 got a call at 8 saying it was on its way for delivery, however by 8:40 we had heard nothing and their phone lines were down. Drove to the restaurant to at least pick it up and the driver was just leaving he kindly gave us the food saying their internet went down and he apologized and gave us a card for a free pizza. However we went in to at least try and get a refund for the delivery and proceeded to be ignored so we left. Almost two hours to get pizza delivered a mile and a half away for under cooked pizza. Told the manager didn't have the clearance to do anything.

Good pizza but lazy aggressive delivery driver. To dumb and lazy to deliver pizza to my door and made a big deal about doing his one job. He said he didn't want to walk to my door because he had a lot of deliveries. That's what you are getting paid and tipped for.

I normally love jets, but I just got the most unacceptable order for takeout. Tried to call and text, no response. Order ID 137 on 1/28. Got the Aloha Hawaiian, the toppings were a gooey mess and slide all over the place and leaked through the box. You literally cant pickup the a piece without leaving the toppings behind. The pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. The crust on both pizza tasted like it sat on the counter over night. Very stale and legitimately difficult to chew. I have never gone from so excited to so disappointed over pizza. I am now apologizing to the people that came over for the game because I was recommending the pizza so strongly. I get they were probably busy with a Detroit Playoff game and its Detroit Pizza, but the QC is unacceptable.

Ordered online with estimated pickup 30 minutes. Showed up and was told it would be out shortly. Asked twice more and got same answer. Finally after almost 2 hours they admitted the order must’ve been lost. This place is so disorganized and staffed with clueless help that no way would I ever return. I did get my money back but was asked “did you pick up your pizza?” Others waiting also said pizza was at least 30 minutes later than estimated pickup time. Man I hangry…Now after eating I should add that although the staff was unresponsive while I waited in vain, they did end up comping me a pie. Still- they definitely have opportunity to up their game.
The best pizza bar none. I dream of four corners pizza and Jet’s ranch frequently. And the service is excellent!

I’m literally ruined for the rest of my life and I regret having this pizza and I wish I would’ve never tried it…. Because now I’m gonna want this pizza all the time and I don’t need this in my life lol.I kept seeing reviews for this pizza pop up online and I did not think we even had Jets in Colorado so I decided to try it. That crunch on the crust is no joke like that is legit.The beautiful thing about pizza is that it’s individual. There is a type of pizza out there for everybody and Detroit style is my pizza type. If you were the kid who appreciated the greasy, crispy, crunchy pan pizza at Pizza Hut, this is gonna be your jam.I think I literally could just order a pizza with no toppings as long as I got that amazing crust, it is so good!I was really starting to think that I wasn’t a pizza person just because I haven’t found a pizza that I really fell in love us, but this is it! Delicious sauce, great cheese, and amazing dough!Thanks for ruining me, Jets!

Nice clean place. Respectable courteous personnel. Pizza Detroit style. Thick yet soft crunchy butter flavored crust. Try single slice or combo or full pie. I will visit again. Go try!!Parking: Nice corner lot with dual access from street, Colorado Blvd or Iliff Ave.
