Jet's Pizza offers delicious and affordable pizza options, with great customer service, although some customers note that service can be slow. The four square pizza is a popular choice for budget-conscious customers. The restaurant is known for its crispy yet doughy crust, perfect sauce-to-topping ratio, and fresh ingredients. Customers praise the restaurant's responsiveness in addressing any delivery issues, but some feel that the service is not a priority, as the pizza "sells itself". The pizza is described as "freakin' delicious" and "literally the best pizza" with a crispy, crunchy, chewy crust and tons of toppings.
