Well Kings Land, it's been a good run. This was the last weekend for dim sum. New owners and they are converting it to a pho and Vietnamese restaurant. We have enjoyed your dumplings, fried tarot and chicken feet for the last 14 years. Thank you for the delicious memories.

I stumbled upon this place a few months ago due to a colleague's error. While the dim sum offerings did not WOW me (it was decent), I was pleasantly surprised to find the adjacent takeout Chinese BBQ counter offering up some yummy duck, pork, and other traditional Chinese appetizers (all super yummy and reasonably priced). I am definitely sad that they will be closing and becoming some Vietnamese restaurant in the new year.

Nothing was bad and nothing is wonderful either. Had the ribs, roast pork cheungfun, sticky rice/lotus leaf rap and a few other things & it was all okay. The place use some sprucing up too.
