We were intentional about visiting this donut shop today! We actually walked through the city for their donuts - a 35-minute trek. All for sub-par service. From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel at all welcome, or that those serving us we were thankful we came. I asked the gentleman who helped us about the rewards card sitting on the counter - he didn't offer any information or even explain how the reward points worked.
