Went to order a pizzoli. Was told I had to wait 45 mins. Until all of the delivery orders were done
I was the only person in there and should not have to wait 45min for a order. Person was unprofessional. Needs training in customer service. I should not have to wait for delivery orders when I'm in there placing a order.
If I could give zero stars I would. Most unprofessional rude people I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order for delivery online and it was changed to pick up. I called the store and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold again. When I finally got someone on the phone he said his name was Dan and he was the director of area operations. I told him my problem and he said I could come pick up the order or not it wasn't his problem...read full review
