Really great service here. The staff is really friendly and gets my complex order right every time. The only McDonald’s I’ve been to where they bring me my food then offer to come clean it up for me when I’m done.

Nasty I got an old quarter pounder and they are supppsed to be cooked fresh to order so I went through the drive thru told them and they said they cooked a fresh one and after a good 10 min or so wait I got this dried up hockey puck of a double quarter pounder which isn't what I wanted in the first place and it was done one of two ways either old patties thrown back on the grill or severely overcooked ones either way it was gross and I feel sick now just after a cpl bites

We had a mobile order issue and the manager was very kind, respectful, and made sure to get it corrected. You could tell that she cared and wanted to make sure we were taken care of.

This is now twice they’ve completed screwed my order. First time they said their fryer was broken so they couldn’t give me the fries that I paid for or a refund. The second time they gave me a plain sandwich and a medium fry, when I ordered a deluxe with a large fry. Wether they are busy or completely empty, they will never fail to mess up your order.
Edit: Has not gotten better. They now gave me the wrong order, then put 1 slice of tomato on my sandwiches that I paid to have “extra tomato” on. I don’t know why I bother going to this location. I will say that the older Hispanic lady with blonde hair and the older Hispanic gentleman with the mustache are amazing, and are always very nice.

Went through the drive thru and asked for a large fry with our meal. Opened the bag to find that it was a medium and had to ask for more sauces because they didn't give us the amount that they told us they would on the headset. We didn't receive a receipt with our order, and when we went inside to get our fry switched out for a large, all they did was put the same medium fries into a large container without adding any, so it was just a medium amount of fries in a large fry box. We were very kind and respectful to the staff for the whole experience, as fast food workers ourselves, so I don't know why they chose to do us dirty like this. There's another McDonald's two miles away, so maybe try your luck there.

I asked him to melt the cheese on my cheeseburger and they refused. I’ve been eating cheeseburgers for 40 years and every time I’d order one, the cheese would always be melted, but for the last couple years, ordering cheeseburgers at McDonald’s, the cheese is never melted and they refused to melt it. I asked them to throw it in the microwave for 15/20 seconds to melt the cheese They said nope. Sorry state of they when you can’t get a cheeseburger with melted cheese at McDonald’s and this is not the only one, eight out of 10 McDonald’s tell me the same thing they cannot melt the cheese. No Napkins in the bag either

Waited 15 minutes for one item. Asked how much longer, they said they're still making it. 20 minutes and i still never got it. Just left. Employees are lazy as hell here they don't even work

Charged me full price for an ice water. This is the only location that does this. Then handed me my coffee with a long straw. I took only the coffee and the lady wasn't paying attention and dropped the long plastic straw. She got upset and told me I'm not getting one for my ice water. It was a confusing and unpleasant experience. This is the only location that I have been charged full price for an ice water.
