I would consider going back for the food. The service we had was awful. He just had no care to provide good service, forgot our drink order then over charged us. He did fix the receipt but when we got home we realized he took only 1/2 of the drinks off that we never received. So we paid for a drink we never got. For having an auto 20% gratuity I'm shocked this was the service we got.
Was fantastic. Was with my gf and I celebrating our 4 year anniversary; our first date was at Mr. Oso! As great as always and they very sweetly gave us some churros and ice cream to help us celebrate. A+ to both the front and back of house
Our only sticking point was the 20% service fee. When the check was dropped the fee was explicitly described as not being gratuity, but after returning with my card, there was a space allocated for “Additional Tip”. We felt that this was not adequately explained and the lack of transparency was vaguely annoying.
