The service was spread really thin. We had an awkward wait at the door because the host had to go and clear our table. It's a small area and was crowded with 5-6 people as we all waiting for our tables. Also, it seemed like there was only 1 server until around 8. She was spread really thin but she still did a good job. Food was good if you're willing to play on components and flavors. We came here based on the Michelin Gourmand recommendation. Perhaps over-hyped. The tuna ceviche was a total miss, the fish was served with the marinade rather than a part of the marinade. Coconut shrimp was crispy and tasty but slightly too dark, tasted a little bitter.
Our second time there. Needless to say we love the food, specially the Nora tacos and the empanadas. The only negative is that the food is greasy and that makes for a hard and lengthy digestion. Honorable mention to the churros. If we go again (we are not from Denver) we'll eat earlier to give digestion a longer time before bed.
