Hands down the best bagel sandwich ever! The Hamachi on a furikake bagel is pure genius and not to be missed. I will definitely be back.

I love this shop! Their bagels are consistently amazing and the creative options are really good to try too. Every weekend I get a bagel before my long run and it carries me through!

Good bagels. I especially like the sausage, egg & cheese and scallion cream cheese. Disappointed in the avocado add-on… $2.50 for the amount pictured is pretty wild

love odell’s!!! i would order delivery much more frequently if their doordash was open more though.. for example it’s just past 8am on a wednesday and their dd online ordering is closed. also would love options for “less cream cheese” on dd if possible!
The bagels are solid and that’s coming from a Jersey girl. In a place like Denver, that alone earns a point.
That said, if you ask for anything even slightly off-menu or mildly customized, expect it to come out wrong. It has happened every single time.
Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on one side, sausage, and sprouts. Simple enough. The total was a little over $8, and with tip, about $10 for one bagel.
The first one that came out? Just cream cheese. Nothing else.
I brought it back. When it returned, it was layered heavily with cream cheese (despite my asking for it on one side), a small piece of sausage, and maybe three or four sprouts-literally three or four.
As I sat there trying to make it work, the employee who took my order came over and asked if everything was okay. I showed her how thick the cream cheese was and reminded her that I had asked for it on just one side. Then I said, “It’s fine, I guess.” She quickly responded, “Okay,” and walked away; no offer to fix it, no attempt to remake it correctly.
And unfortunately, that’s consistent with the customer service. You can have the best item on the block, but if orders are routinely wrong and there’s no effort to make things right, its just not worth the visit.
Two stars. The bagels are decent but let’s be honest, they’re “good for Denver,” not truly great.

Odell’s Bagel in Denver is an absolute gem! I tried the tuna, yellowtail, and salmon roe open-face bagels, and they were out of this world. The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Each bite was a delicious combination of textures and tastes that kept me coming back for more. The staff was friendly, and the vibe is cozy and welcoming. If you’re in Denver and love bagels done right, Odell’s is a must-visit!

This place is phenomenal!! I don’t know how they came up with putting tuna poke on a cream cheese bagel but it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I also really enjoyed the pear jam on a cream cheese bagel, not something I would usually order but it was so so good. I got there at 8:15a on a Saturday morning and had a brief wait but there was a huge rush right after me. They seem to have systems in place to keep things moving and staff are friendly. Also some unique beverages in the case that were great! Finally, I usually feel super full / heavy after eating bagels but these are high quality and did not leave me feeling that way. Highly recommend !

One of the top choices for bagels in Denver, which means they’re good not great. The challah is very dry, definitely don’t get that.

Amazing bagels using the proper malted barley flour mix that gives an nyc bagel its subtle sweetness and exterior Carmelizarion. I don’t prefer super chewy bagels and this was a perfect combo of lights, crispy around the edges, with a slight chew. Bagel toppings were the usual with a few unique fun ones, and I really appreciated that the everything seasoning didn’t have the acrid burnt flavor that some places have from overly toasted onion/garlic bits.
Cream cheese had great texture and tang definitely homemade nearing ricotta level of texture.
I do with the sausage egg and cheese had cream cheese on it though and that they had a few more coffee options but I can appreciate that they specialize in bagels!

Odell’s bagels are great! I especially like the onion bagels. Good coffee, too! Always a line, but it goes quickly. I love to stop in and bring some bagels home when I’m in the area (I live 30 minutes away so it’s not too often). Always a treat! I love the surrounding neighborhood, too! Friendly staff.
