Love this spot. Breakfast burritos are a great go to. They have decent tamales and the trencitas, one of their pastries, are great for los munchies.

8.00 for a breakfast burrito and water, I'll pass and the counter chick was extremely rude she just kept saying 8.00 and I had called and a breakfast burrito is 3 .95 so is water 4,00? Plus I hate breakfast burritos made with hash browns. Use potato eggs and cheese. No meat. No chili still got chili and hash browns. I've had much better for a lot less money. I'll stick with my spot across from Sloans lake, bomb breakfast burritos and a freaking water for a heck of a lot less money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Found a huge piece of hair in one of my tamales after having already eaten three of them and called if I could get a new batch or refund. They said yes over the phone but forgot to mention that I had to bring the tamales back. So I go home and bring them back and they start smirking and talking under their breath as if they're in disbelief that I actually came back. They don't give me a full refund which is fair because 3 were eaten but they tried charging me for the tamale that had a hair in it. The owner of the restaurant and someone who I believe to be his wife comes in and they too give me a hard time saying that the hair was probably part of the husk. I know what a piece of hair looks like. Don't eat here. I'll recommend going to Camargo's if you want good red tamales. This was my first experience at this restaurant and surely to be my last. My family who has given business here for years also plan to stop supporting this restaurant.

I absolutely love this place! It's very authentic so don't go in there thinking it's the typical "New Mexican-style" of Mexican food that's common in Colorado. This is more from northern Mexico. Anyway, the people are friendly and will always serve you quickly. Everything is made to order so there's a short wait for your fresh food. They serve Mexican pastries which are also really good.

I'm trying to be kind because I see the potential but..I think they need new bakers, the sweet bread is so bad! Chocolate muffin was dry as a brick and the other types had weird colors and weird looks (very unprofessional).Next time if I stop here I want to try the tamales and some food. Hopefully that let me with a better impression.

We used to get these desserts we always called pan de quesos. They used to put tons of cheese stuff in it and it used to be my favorite! They started skimping on the filling but when we recently bought one it did have some visible filling which is awesome because it's delicious! It's basically a Mexican cheese danish. Glad this place hasn't let me down. Also we enjoy their food and usually take their tamales to gatherings.

Total bummer. Was looking forward to finally trying. Arrived 8:45pm, told kitchen is closed at 9pm, so we tried to order, but then told kitchen had closed early at 8:40!! Whatever. And the place doesn't close until 10pm. Not sure what the disconnect was.

Their food is soooo good! Went there this morning, I had the chilaquiles, my husband had a torta and my parents had menudo. Can't decide what was best as it was all soooooooo good! Cute little spot, fresh baked bread and sweet customer service. Do yourself a favor and bring home some bread after your done eating.

Stopped in on a whim while hitting the liquor store next door. Adobada tacos were delicious, treats were delicious, and service was prompt and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Prices were great too; $7.50 for 4 tacos and $3.50 for 3 large pasteries!

Nice hidden gem! The variety of sweets was good. I would give it a 4 but the sugar donut was a little raw in the middle. To be fair the employee offered to give me another one at no charge which was a nice thing to do (I passed, but appreciate the offer). The conchas were a little dry but the pineapple coconut baked good was yummy! They also sell soups, which seem to be popular, there were people eating there and someone taking soup to go, that would definitely be worth a try! I'd go back when I visit Denver to try those sugar donuts again!

Needed some bread for sandwiches and some soda. I try to avoid the grocery store and I came upon this place right by my house! What an amazing find. I picked up some fresh rolls and strawberry churros, which I shared with two friends. And we all agreed hands down the best churro we've ever tasted. Next time I stop I'm picking up tamales!

The sweet bread is either hard as a rock or it spoils by the next day. I purchased some bread on a Sunday (yesterday) 5/20 and by this afternoon (Monday 5/21) the bread was growing mold. This panaderia is known for selling old bread. Stay away from this place. Most people don't look on the inside when eating an empanada and I'm sure someone would've bitten into this and not noticed. Yuck!

Great bakery and hearty, authentic Mexican food! I only gave it 4 stars because the seating area is small. But, the food and staff both earn 5 stars! Loved every single baked good I tried and it's I've had about a dozen different items from churros, cochitos, concha, gallinos, ojos de toro, and more!
