The entire vibe is a perfect nuanced human mixture.
Used to be a fun time. They fired all the bartenders who were worth their weight. Literally can't even order a vodka soda or a gin and tonic safely. Stick to what's bottled, or better yet, don't come at all.

Based on the reviews, Cleopatra’s Bar is a great local bar and a high energy dive bar close to Belmar. It is one of the only bars where you can smoke inside. The bar has karaoke every night and a great karaoke DJ. There is a wide range of ages that come in for karaoke and pool, with free pool on Wednesdays. The drinks are strong and tasty with great drink specials. The service is prompt, and the bartender is fantastic with a crowd. The regulars are very friendly, and the atmosphere is good for celebrating something special. There is no food for the most part. The parking lot is small, but there is a ground level entrance.
