Panaderia Rodriguez is a hidden gem serving authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including gorditas, smothered burritos, rajas con queso, and delicious breakfast burritos. The salsa verde and rojo are praised for their great spice levels, and the salsa caldo is a must-try. The chicharrones are cooked to perfection, steeped in salsa and soft, while the rajas con queso is perfect, with cheese reminiscent of Chihuahua. The chicken burrito and chicken torta are so delicious, and the pastries, pan dulce, and bolillos are delectable and very reasonable in price. The prices are fantastic, making for a pleasant and affordable dining experience. The whole place is wheelchair accessible, adding to its charm as a little spot worth visiting again and again.
