The attitude and rude nature of this specific Panera is crazy. It’s almost like if I’m asking for free food when I’m paying for all of my stuff. Over priced isn’t the problem it’s the staff for me!

Food was okay. Went in and asked for a large soup and was told they don't have any bread to go with my soup so if I wanted chips and then was told they could do a bread bowl of soup. Got that instead but was not very happy with my order. Told him I wanted a large soup of broccoli and cheddar and instead got a small. Would likely not go back.

This was one of the saddest subs I’ve ever seen in my life. So much bread and so little meat. Bread seemed old too. I don’t understand it. I ended up combining the meat to one side of the sub. It did taste alright. I’d go to subway over Panera for a sub. Never again.Best part of the meal was the free bag of kettle cooked chips.

I added a boiled egg to my salad for $1.49 ... This is what I got. Could have dropped by 7-11 and got two whole boiled eggs for 50 cents more. Food was 15 minutes later than the app said after ordering.

Me and girlfriend came in on NYE, and it was super busy. While it took a while to get our food, a guy named Sylas was understanding and made sure our experience was amazing. Made up for the delayed order and turned our experience positive. Thank you Sylas!

Expensive. Quite ordinary and overcooked... It's a bread store not really food service.Vegetarian options: A bowl of iceberg lettuce. Period. $15

I've never had any problems here until the last time I went there. I got there at 9.30. I wanted tomato soup but they didn't have it until 10.30 so I waited in there. The old lady came up to me and told me I have to order in order to sit here, which I understand. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting for the tomato soup and I'll order when it's ready but she yelled at me no an wouldn't listen to me. I usually don't leave a review but this is rude and unacceptable.

I walked into this Panera and got completely ignored. There were 3 employees standing at the counter talking about phone plans, when they were done they separated and left me alone at the counter, not one of them even acknowledged me. I stood there for another minute or two looking at the menu, a couple of employees were laughing hysterically in the back, just joking around, I made eye contact with one employee who went right back to goofing off with his fellow employees. Not one employee cared about doing their job for the few minutes I was there, I left. They lost my business and money, very unwelcoming experience. What a joke.

My worst experience ever in Panera bread as I tried it in several states. A lot of bagels are not available (like the multi grain). The cashier though polite but seems need training as keep asking the manager.

Visited during non-peak hours between breakfast & lunch. Despite being the tourists that we were looking for a place to have a quick lunch & needing a restroom, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. The quality of food was on par with other locations.

This morning I was accused of stealing a soda because I ordered online vs at the kiosk. I walked in and picked up my soda glass from the self serve area and went to fill it up. A woman who appeared to be an employee because she was stocking the Splenda approached me at the soda fountain and said "you know that even if you belong to the sip club you have to ring that up right? Otherwise it's theft!" I was said "I did pay for it!" And then quickly grabbed my food order on the counter to show her. A woman behind the counter overheard and asked what was wrong. I said "she accused me of stealing this soda! I paid for it, it's right here!" And pointed at my receipt. The woman who had accused me said "well, I just see it a lot" and the woman behind the counter said "she doesn't work here" then they both just went back to what they were doing. I was left embarrassed and dumbfounded. I tried to call to speak with the manager and 3 calls went unanswered. Accusing patrons of theft is a major insult and it makes me want to never use this location again because they were so indifferent about it.

A Manager, a Regional Mgr...someone, please help us here in downtown Denver by seeing what a complete disaster this location is. Hundredth time here, no employees anywhere; waited along with a line of 8 when finally some kid looked, saw us all, calm walked over and stood at a cash register, didn't say a word....not one word, just looked at us all disgusted we were bothering him. I said sarcastically 'are you taking orders?' he looked disgusted and mumbled....'yeah'.Then the food....helloooo this is a chain, we KNOW what we're getting, why do you not give a shit about keeping corporate guidelines? Isn't any one in charge? I know what we get when we order, THIS location gives less food, less quality , takes forever, is rude, everyone seems overworked or SOMETHING. The employees at weekday lunches simply do not want customers to walk through the door so I think they are sabotaging the location.

We love our sip club memberships at Panera! We use it at home in Las Vegas and when traveling. This location is conveniently located on the 16th mall in downtown Denver. The staff welcomed us and were friendly even though we ordered in the app and just walked in and grabbed our cups. This location was clean and staff members were actively cleaning while we were there.Coffee was delicious and we look forward to visiting our next location.
