Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms and bacon. The pizza we received didn't have extra cheese or bacon AND the "large" was the size of a medium. What blows is, the pizza was almost $30!! Since when does a pizza from a chain like this cost that much?? Never again will we go to Papa Johns.

Called to place a carry-out, was told that they stopped carry-outs at 10pm. Papa John’s website says carry-out ends at 11:40pm, and when I told the employee, he let me know that they “don’t go off of that”. Feels awfully like they just didn’t want to do their job and decided to close early even though they aren’t supposed to be. Will not be ordering from this location again, unreliable and dishonest. Beware of this restaurant.

I'll open the box and the pizza looks so poorly made I don't want to eat it 1/2 the time. It's like they prepare their pizza out of spite. It's a shame. I've been eating Papa John's for 26 years, it's the only big chain pizza I'll eat, but several locations have problems with there ovens and too often I'll get wings that are so soft they feel like supple skin. There's a blonde woman middle aged woman at 10551 E Garden who has the best regard for professional mannerisms and courtesy (she's the reason it's two stars and not one).

Papa Johns is my preferred chain joint but this location has always been lackluster. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza last night and got some pretty bad food poisoning. Would not recommend this location and I will not be going back here.
It says they close at 1am, came at 11pm on a Friday and it was already closed. Lame. Go to another location.

Service at the store was good, but the guy who answered phone was very rode and mean he didn't complete the order purposely. i called at 5:09 pm on Sunday 11/19/2023. To make order took me three minutes and he told me it will take 15 minutes. I arrived at 5:45. They told me that there was no order made under my name. I show the that I made call they did their best to get me 2 pizza. The store was good but the guy who answered the phone was mean

They use Door Dash to deliver your pizza, and it will arrive cold every single time. My last 3 orders from here were driven around by DD for over an hour despite pre-tipping the driver $10. Don’t bother ordering anything from here again; I’m totally finished with this place.

This location uses door dash for delivery. I ordered at 12:20pm for an office lunch. I was quotes 25-30 minutes. 90 minutes later and it's still not delivered. Finally called Door dash, the dumb dasher left the pizza on the outside of a 2 tower, 9 story building.

No stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Horrible delivery service. Ordered a pizza today and never got the order. I called the store and talked to someone who said they called me 5 times and we're at my apartment building. I was waiting in the lobby of my apartment building and never saw anyone come to the door. I also never received any calls. My orders in the past have been messed up but I haven't called thinking it would get better. It hasn't. They won't take initiative to rectify their mistakes. They said they would refund my money. I guess I'll know in 3-5 business days. I have little trust that they will.
