I'll open the box and the pizza looks so poorly made I don't want to eat it 1/2 the time. It's like they prepare their pizza out of spite. It's a shame. I've been eating Papa John's for 26 years, it's the only big chain pizza I'll eat, but several locations have problems with there ovens and too often I'll get wings that are so soft they feel like supple skin. Service at the store was good, but the guy who answered phone was very rode and mean he didn't complete the order purposely. i called at 5:09 pm on Sunday 11/19/2023. To make order took me three minutes and he told me it will take 15 minutes. I arrived at 5:45. They told me that there was no order made under my name. I show the that I made call they did their best to get me 2 pizza. The store was good but the guy who answered the phone was mean

This location uses door dash for delivery. I ordered at 12:20pm for an office lunch. I was quotes 25-30 minutes. 90 minutes later and it's still not delivered. Finally called Door dash, the dumb dasher left the pizza on the outside of a 2 tower, 9 story building.
