Phi is INCREDIBLE. Big smile which is very welcoming. He was super attentive & asked if I knew what I wanted to order. I asked for a few more minutes please He gave me some suggestions.
He came back to check on me to be sure I liked the food. Phi was great with follow up to refill water.
