Great food and incredible value. I had the pho with rare steak, brisket, tripe, and tendon. The broth was rich, layered, and deeply comforting. Ask for the chili oil to add just the right amount of heat. The lychee boba was refreshing and fun alongside the meal. Even on a cold and rainy night the line was out the door, which tells you everything you need to know. They also offer a cash discount, which is a nice touch.
One of my absolute favorite restaurants and my favorite pho restaurant. I get the veggie broth and it’s very flavorful. I’ve gotten the tofu spring rolls and the veggie egg rolls and love them. The bahn mi’s are really good too! Everyone is very nice & service is quick.
This restaurant has become a favorite of mine and my son's when we are in Denver. The staff is kind and always on top of things. The food is amazing, the broth is one of the best I've ever had. The teas and crab cheese wontons are delicious.
