We were in Boulder for my husband's birthday and we knew we needed to stop here when we saw pork belly on the menu. Both the bowl and buns were wonderful. Pork belly was flavorful and tender like it should be.
Anything on the menu, everything is absolutely phenomenal. The bao buns are incredibly soft and the pork belly melts in your mouth. Be ready for some of the most flavorful food you have ever eaten…
